Inviting people to your club is quick. You can share your club's invitation link, or enter email addresses and Bookclubs will send the invitations for you.
Ways to invite someone
- Share your invitation link. Copy your club's link and send it however you like, such as by text, email, or social media.
- Share your QR code. Anyone who scans it opens the same invitation link. Club admins can create and download the QR code.
- Enter email addresses. Type in one or more addresses, separated by commas, and Bookclubs sends the invitations.
- Upload a list of emails. Pro Plus clubs can also upload a spreadsheet (CSV file) of email addresses to invite many people at once.
Where to find your invite options
On the website:
- Open your club.
- Scroll down the club menu until you see Add a book club member, and select Invite.
- Enter the email addresses you'd like to invite, separated by commas, and select Send invite.
The same card also shows your invitation link, with a button to copy it, and your club's QR code. You can also find your link on your My Clubs page, on your club's card.
In the app: Open your club, go to About, and select Invite new members. From there you can copy your link, share it through WhatsApp or email, or show the QR code.
I don't see an invite option
Club admins can choose to hide the invitation link, and when they do, only admins can see it. If you're a member and don't see it, ask your club's admin to share the link with you.
