How do I set up my club?

Setting up a Bookclubs club only takes a minute, and you can add the details at your own pace.

Create your club

1. Go to Bookclubs and select Start your club. If you don't have an account yet, you'll be asked to create one with your email and password.
2. Enter your club's name and select Create.
3. You'll see your club's unique invitation link, which means your club is ready. You can share the link right away, enter email addresses to send invitations, or skip this for now and do it later.

Get your club ready for members

Once your club is created, here are a few things to start with. You can do them in any order.

• Invite your members. Share your invitation link or send invitations by email.
• Add your club's photo and description, so members know what your club is about.
• Schedule your first meeting and send an invitation to your members.
• Fill your shelves. Add books to your list of books you want to read, and the books your club has already read.
• Send a poll to choose the next book or find the best time to meet. Polls are a Premium feature, and many free clubs include one poll to try it out.
• Review your settings. In Club Settings, you can choose your club's privacy and decide what members are allowed to do.

Creating more than one club

On the website, select My Clubs in the top left corner, then Create a club. In the app, open your My Clubs page and select the + in the top right corner.
