How do I make a different member the club admin?

On Bookclubs' free plan, your club can have one admin at a time. To transfer admin access to another member, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to your club's Members page

• Open your club and select Members.

Step 2: Select the new admin

• Find the member you'd like to make an admin.
• Click the Admin toggle below their name.

Step 3: Confirm the switch

• You'll see a message explaining that multiple admins require an upgraded plan.
• At the bottom of the message, click To switch admins, click here.
• Click Confirm to complete the switch.

App

Step 1: Go to your club's Members page

• Open your club and select the About tab.
• Click Members.

Step 2: Select the new admin

• Find the member you'd like to make an admin.
• Click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of their member card.
• Turn on the Make admin toggle.

Step 3: Confirm the switch

• You'll see a message explaining that multiple admins require an upgraded plan.
• At the bottom of the message, click To switch admins, click here.
• Click Confirm to complete the switch.
