How to Delete a Club

Only a club admin can delete a club.

• Step 1: Open Club Settings
• Step 2: Delete your club
• Step 3: Confirm the club deletion

Step 1: Open Club Settings

• Open the club you want to delete.
• Go to Club Settings.
  • On the website: Club Settings can be found toward the bottom of the club navigation bar.
  • In the app: Go to the About tab, then select the gear icon to open Club Settings.

Step 2: Delete your club

• Scroll to the bottom of the Club Settings page.
• Click Delete club.
• You’ll have the option to tell us why you’re deleting your club. This is optional, but your feedback helps us improve Bookclubs.

Step 3: Confirm the club deletion

• Confirm that you want to delete the club.
• Once confirmed, the club will be deleted.

Accidentally deleted a club?

If you or another admin accidentally deletes a club, contact Bookclubs Support within 30 days and we'll be able to reinstate it.
