How can I delete a meeting?

You can delete a meeting from its Edit screen. Deleting is permanent, so it's worth a quick double-check before you confirm.

Steps

• Website: Go to your club's Meetings tab, find the meeting, and select Edit.
• App: Go to your club's Meetings tab, select Click to see more detail at the bottom of the meeting, then select Edit in the top right corner.

Then select Delete meeting, and confirm when asked.

Deleting a recurring meeting

If the meeting is part of a repeating series, you'll choose which meetings to delete:

• Only this meeting
• This and following meetings, which keeps the earlier meetings
• All meetings in series, which permanently deletes every meeting in the series, including past meetings and their RSVPs, and can't be undone

If you just want to cancel upcoming meetings, choose This and following meetings.

Who can delete a meeting

The meeting's creator, its host, or any club admin. If your club limits meeting creation to admins, only admins and the host can delete it.
